CLASS SCHEDULE & DESCRIPTIONS
Yoga | Vinyasa Flow
This class links the breath with the movement of the body. We start the class with breath awareness to help clear and calm the mind, then warm up to build heat in the body. Next is the work phase - performing postures that build strength, balance and flex ability that flow together with longer holds. We end the class in deep and relaxing stretches, followed by several minutes of relaxation to help restore energy, decrease stress and cool down the body. This is a total mind and body workout!
YOGA | Restorative
is a gentle practice that is a perfect way to unwind after a stressful week. It is very soothing and relaxing for both the body and the mind Poses are held for several minutes and props are used to support the body. Great for all levels.
FITNESS | Power Lifting Lower Body Sculpt-Legs & Butt
This fitness class is specifically designed to sculpt, target and tone the lower body region including quads, calves, inner/outer thighs, and the Gluteus!
Rock Fitness offers a Personal Trainer who will design and create a personalized Lower body routine using Machines, body weight, and other various fitness equipment to strengthen, enhance muscle stability and tone up the entire Lower body region for an overall maximized Lower body workout! Form will be perfected, class size will remain small and personable and workouts each week will be different for cross training purposes!

FITNESS | Calisthenics Class
In this class you will do exercises using your own body weight to build muscle. Calisthenics will help you build lean muscle mass, increase your strength, mobility, flexibility, agility and endurance.
