YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Yoga | Vinyasa Flow

This class links the breath with the movement of the body. We start the class with breath awareness to help clear and calm the mind, then warm up to build heat in the body. Next is the work phase - performing postures that build strength, balance and flex ability that flow together with longer holds. We end the class in deep and relaxing stretches, followed by several minutes of relaxation to help restore energy, decrease stress and cool down the body. This is a total mind and body workout!

YOGA | Restorative

is a gentle practice that is a perfect way to unwind after a stressful week. It is very soothing and relaxing for both the body and the mind Poses are held for several minutes and props are used to support the body. Great for all levels.
